Same Sex Marriages and Opposite Sex Civil Partnerships Regulations

The LGPS (NI) regulations have been amended to allow for survivors' benefits of same sex marriages and opposite sex civil partnerships.

These regulations take effect from 13 January 2020. You can view the regulations in the 2019 Regulations section of our Document Library.
