Closed to visitors – Coronavirus

Published on

Following the latest advice from the Government, we’ve taken the difficult decision to temporarily close our office to visitors with immediate effect (Wednesday 18 March) to help protect our staff and reduce any unnecessary exposure to COVID-19.

The plans we have put in place should allow us to remain fully functional behind closed doors. We hope to continue to provide our members and employers with core services during this time however please bear with us as we might be a little slower in responding than usual.

You can continue to contact us in the following ways:

  • Email: email us at  info@nilgosc.org.uk  and we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can.
  • Telephone: call us on  0345 319 7320. We expect our phone lines will be busier than usual so if the matter isn’t urgent, please contact us by email if at all possible.
  • Post: we are still receiving mail at this time.
  • Online: for those members who have registered to use our online service My NILGOSC Pension Online, the usual range of services continue to be available.

Please do not visit our offices until further notice as they are closed to visitors.

Please keep an eye on our website for regular updates and thank you for your patience.
