Freedom of information
The Freedom of Information Act was passed on 30 November 2000 and came into force on January 2005.
Equality scheme
NILGOSC’s Equality Scheme was reviewed and updated in 2021, in accordance with guidance issued by the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland (ECNI).
Scheme administration
Routine administration of the Scheme is carried out by NILGOSC’s Pensions Administration and Payroll staff.
